Produced
from selected quality cocoa beans, Cocoa liquor is obtained by
roasting and then grinding the coca nibs into a liquor mass i.e.
Cocoa liquor (Cocoa Massa). Product is packed in food-graded
polyliner in outer export cartons or 25 kilo nett
each.

Produced
from selected quality beans, cocoa butter is available in two main
forms i.e. Natural and Deodorised. Cocoa butter is used in quality
chocolate products as well as used by the
cosmetic and other industries.

COCOA BUTTER SUBSTITUTE
Cocoa
Butter substitute (CBS) is produced form Palm Kernel Oil or Coconut
Oil and is specially designed to have the same or even better
physical character as compared to cocoa butter. This product is an
ideal substitute for cocoa butter in the chocolate industry and has
excellent keeping qualities and are comparable with the best CBS
available internationally. Various grades are available (can either
be used individually or in combination with other grades) and
product is packed in steel drums of 190 kilo or in cartons of 20 or
25 kilo nett each.
