INGREDIENTS : Fresh Coconut Meat, Malto Dextrin and Sodium Caseinate

PHYSICAL STANDARDS
Colour : White, free from discolourations and extraneous matter.
Apperence: Free from insect infestation, foreign bodies and metal.
Flavour : Typical of Coconut, smooth creamy with no off-flavour
or odour.



CHEMICAL STANDARDS
Moisture : 2.5 % maximum
Total Fat Content (Rose Gottlieb) : 60  % minimum
Free Fatty Acid (as lauric) : 0.1 % maximum
pH Value : 6.0 - 6.5
Protein (N x 6.25) : 10  % minimum
Carbohydrate : 23  % maximum
Crude Fibre : 0.1 % maximum
Ash Content : 2.5 % maximum



MICROBIOLOGICAL STANDARDS
Standards Plate Count per gram : 5,000 maximum
Yeasts & Molds per gram : 50 maximum
Coliform Count per gram : Negative
Escherichia Coli per gram : Negative
Salmonella in 25 gram : Negative
Staphcoagulase Positive : Negative
Aflatoxin : Negative
Lipasic Activity : Negative


HANDLING / STORAGE / SHELF LIFE
Store on pallets in odour-free and dry area, out of direct heat or sunlight, away from walls. During shipment via sea vessel, product is recommended to be stored under deck. Product should have a shelf life of twelve (12) months from date of production if stored under ideal storage conditions in the original sealed carton. Product is guaranteed free from sterilisation by fumigation or irradiation.
